BEGINNERS CLASSES

BRANCH CLASS (for experienced dancers)

Thursday nights during term time  from 7.45 to 9.45pm

The Branch Class will recommence on Thursday 16th September 2010 at Westfield School, Elmfield Road, Gosforth.  Map

This class is aimed at a wide variety of people, but is not suitable for beginners.

Intended for -

experienced dancers who want to maintain or improve their standards.

class teachers who want to try out new or unusual dances.

members of the Branch teams preparing for  displays or competitions.

The teacher is Deb Lees and the music is provided by pianists Patricia Cass and Gillian Stewart (unless other music is needed in practising for display).  Any member of the Branch is welcome to join the class.  It costs £3 per night or £30 per term (12 classes).  For those in full time education the cost is £1 per night.  For further details phone John or Jane Ferguson on 0191 5482725

 

NEW BOOK CLASS

Thursday 3rd June 2010.  7.45 - 9.45pm at South Gosforth Church Hall, South Gosforth, Newcastle

A chance to dance through the dances to be included in the book being published to celebrate the Diamond Jubilee of the Branch.  Dances written by Peter Avery for various people and occasions associated with the Branch.

 

LADIES STEP CLASS

Tuesday nights starting  21st Sept. 2010  from 8.00 - 9.00pm  at Trinity Church Hall, Freeman Road, South Gosforth.

Fee  £3 per session.
